To activate the warmer, bend the stick (activator) placed inside the warmer (do not break it). Repeat a few times until the gel starts to crystallise. The warmer becomes hot after a few minutes. The maximum temperature reached by the warmer is 54°C (129°F). The activated warmer should be placed inside the etui MR B. In order to use the warmer again boil it for about 6 minutes, until all the salt crystals are
dissolved. The warmer can be cover with cloth while boiling. Finally, leave the warmer to cool down at room temperature or put it into cold water.Important:
• Protect the warmer from scratching or perforating. Do not use the warmer after it is no longer hermetically sealed.
• Do not put the activated warmer directly to baby’s skin. Use only with the etui MRB.

5. After the warmer cools down, you can make warmer usable again by boiling it in water for about 10 minutes, until all the salt crystals are dissolved. You can cover the warmer using cloth while boiling.

The secret of MR B is a salt cartridge that heats up to a maximum temperature of 54 degrees Celsius when the stick is bent. Thanks to the insulated pocket on the back of MR B, the temperature is maintained for up to an hour (the time depends on the ambient temperature). The heating cartridge is reusable! After use, simply boil the insert according to the instructions on the packaging. The insert is non-toxic (the substance is food-grade sodium acetate), safe and, most importantly, does not cause burns, as can be the case with popular methods of warming the tummy with a hair dryer or hot water bottle. The cuddly toy is made of soft plush, stuffed with anti-allergic non-woven fabric. Colorful tags are sewn on the side. The leg rustles when touched.
MR B can be used by the whole family! It is perfect for trips, walks, or skiing. It works well during colds or, for example, bronchitis, as a warm compress when the use of warming ointments is not possible. It can be used wherever a little warmth is needed.

How to use the insert:
Prepare the liquid insert. There is a stick and a plate floating inside - these are activators, use one at your discretion.
Bend the stick or plate.
The insert will start to activate, become warm, and begin to harden.
The insert is ready for use and has a constant temperature of about 50 degrees. Place it in the MRB case, which will heat up.
Place the MRB on your stomach for at least 10-15 minutes to warm up your muscles and be able to massage your stomach. Massage with circular movements, always clockwise.
When the insert cools down, it is hard as a rock. To make it liquid again and bend the activator, boil it.
Place the insert in a pot of boiling water and boil (the water must bubble like broth) for about 15 minutes. Much depends on the stove and the type of pot, so the time can be extended to 20 minutes.
When the insert is liquid, remove it from the water and allow it to cool.
Note: if the cartridge activates on its own, there may be an undercooked crystal inside. You can also leave the cartridge in the water in which it was boiled to cool down.
In the 2016 model, the insert is inserted from the bottom of the bear. There is a special tab that holds the insert inside. The earlier version had an insert that was inserted from the top.
The materials used to make the toy are safe for children. Even the labels are Oeko-tex standard 100 certified.
Note:
The heating insert itself is not a toy! Use with the heating insert only under adult supervision. The cuddly toy case is for playing.
Always check how your child reacts to the temperature and do not leave them alone with the heating pad. If your child has sensitive skin, place an additional layer of fabric between them and the heating pad. Do not place the heating pad on a reusable diaper/nappy, as this may cause skin irritation. Always move it away from the tummy.

Recommended machine wash according to the instructions on the label, do not hand wash. Do not dry on a direct heat source.
