PACKAGING OF SHIPMENTS
We make every effort to properly secure the shipment for transport. However, if the shipment arrived damaged, please write a complaint report in the presence of the courier (in the case of courier delivery) and, if possible, take photos of the damage and attach them to the complaint correspondence. If there is no complaint report written on the day of delivery, the complaint about damaged goods in the shipment will not be accepted.
DELIVERY METHODS
We do everything we can to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. If the goods are out of stock or for random reasons, the waiting time for shipment may be extended, of which you will be immediately informed by email.
Depending on the selected delivery method and destination, the waiting time for delivery may be 2-5 business days from the moment the order is shipped.
The time given is approximate. Delivery time depends on the carrier. The order itself, from the moment the payment is credited, should be packed and shipped from us within 1-2 business days. We strive to fulfill orders quickly. In the case of special promotional campaigns, the order fulfillment time may be up to 5 business days. It is best to contact us by email at zamowienia@lullalove.com or by phone.
Personal collection: it is possible to collect your order in person from the warehouse at ul. Batalionów Chłopskich 21 in Kaniów from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The order must be placed and paid for via the online store.
We do not combine orders and unfortunately it is not possible to add anything to an order that has already been placed. One order equals one shipment. You must select either shipping or personal collection if you are visiting the company's headquarters.
