LOYALTY PROGRAM RULES dated March 31, 2022.
§ 1. General provisions.
The Loyalty Program is organized by the owner of Lullalove SC, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
The rules form the basis of the Loyalty Program and define the rights and obligations of its Participants.
§ 2. Participation in the Program.
The Program is addressed to individuals who use the services of the Lullalove.com store. Customer registration is required to participate in the loyalty program.
Participation in the Loyalty Program is free of charge and voluntary.
The Participant joins the program by creating a user account at www.lullalove.com
The Participant's email address is required to create an account/register in the store. Creating an account allows you to collect points that can be exchanged for products.
For every PLN 20 spent, the User receives 1 point. The value of 1 point when used is PLN 1.
Only adults who meet the conditions specified in the Terms and Conditions may participate in the program.
Joining the program is tantamount to the Participant's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in their entirety. The Participant undertakes to comply with the rules specified therein and confirms that they meet all the conditions that entitle them to participate in the program.
Participation in the program, as well as the rights and obligations associated with it, including the right to request a reward, cannot be transferred to other persons.
§ 3. Collecting points.
For every PLN 20 spent (i.e., paid for and completed order) in the Lullalove.com store, the Participant receives 1 loyalty point worth PLN 1.
Points are added after the payment for the order has been credited, at the time of shipment of the order. In the event of a return, the points are deducted.
Points collected in the Loyalty Program can be exchanged for selected products when making a purchase in the store (to exchange points for products, you must make a purchase for a minimum of PLN 50).
The balance of accumulated points can be checked by logging into the customer panel.
Points are valid for 6 months, i.e. exactly 182 days. They must be used within this period.
§ 4. Complaints regarding the loyalty program.
Complaints should be submitted to the following e-mail address: zamowienia@lullalove.com.
The organizer will consider complaints as soon as possible. The maximum time for considering a complaint is 14 days.
§ 5. Personal data protection
The personal data of Program Participants will be used for the purposes of the Loyalty Program in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Personal Data Protection Act of 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2022, No. 101, item 926). The administrator of personal data is the Loyalty Program Organizer.
The Participant consents to the processing of the data provided for marketing purposes in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997, on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926).
The participant has the right to access and correct their personal data, as well as request its removal.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent participation in the loyalty program.
§ 6. Final provisions.
The Loyalty Program Rules are available on the website www.lullalove.com and at the Organizer's headquarters.
In matters not covered by the Rules, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules.
