How to brush your body?

From bottom to top with long, sweeping movements. Movements must always be directed towards the heart.
Brush your legs and arms as if you were sweeping the floor :) Brush your stomach and joints (i.e., shoulders, knees, hips, wrists, and ankles) with circular movements.
The pressure depends on the thickness of the skin - on the décolleté or underarms, do it more gently than on the soles of the feet.
Do not use lotions or oils for massage.
How often should you brush your skin?

Ideally, before each bath or at least 3 times a week.
The skin smoothing effect is visible after just 3-4 brushings.
