Herbs have accompanied humans for centuries in the kitchen, garden, and medicine. Many of today's medicines are derived from them, and phytotherapy, or herbal medicine, is a branch of medicine and pharmacology concerned with the production of herbal medicines from raw materials obtained from medicinal plants and their use in the prevention and treatment of diseases. Skillfully selected and used herbs and essential oils support the body's natural predisposition to regeneration and have antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties. Therefore, taking advantage of the benefits of herbalism, we have incorporated essential oils into our cosmetics and combined them with skincare. This is how we created a supportive line based on thyme, patchouli, rosemary, and eucalyptus oils.

This bath and foot soak salt smells like a sauna session in a forest cabin. While the warm water releases the essential oils and inhalable salt, you enjoy relaxation, easy breathing, and a clear nose. You will especially like it when you are feeling under the weather, have a stuffy nose, or when you start to feel vague. This scent is simply delightful!

The composition includes:

Natural, pure essential oils:
- white thyme oil
- patchouli oil
- rosemary oil
- eucalyptus oil.

Skin care ingredients:
- jojoba oil
- sweet almond oil
- vitamin E.

Base:
- Himalayan salt.

Although the aromatherapeutic effect is key, this salt offers much more! The ingredients provide an inhalation effect and excellent skin care. In addition to essential oils, there are pure nourishing and regenerating oils. These oils protect the skin from moisture loss.

Directions for use: pour a handful of salt under warm running water. The recommended bath time is 20 minutes. The salt can be used for baths as well as foot or hand soaks. The package is sufficient for approximately 4 baths for adults. For children's baths, use a smaller dose of about 40 g (a small handful). Rinse the bathtub with water after bathing.

Interesting fact: do you know what balneotherapy is? It is one of the oldest branches of physiotherapy, based on the healing power of baths. A salt bath with essential oils is not only a hygiene treatment, but above all a way to support our body, e.g. when our immunity is low or we feel unwell. Essential oils are hydrophobic, which means that they do not like water, but they do like fats (lipophilicity). Therefore, they will not mix with water, but will try to penetrate the hydrolipid layer of the skin to reach the bloodstream, where they can produce the desired therapeutic effect. In addition, warm water allows the essential oil to float with the water vapor and go straight to the respiratory system, similar to salt dissolved in water. Thus, the bathtub becomes a large inhaler. Such a bath is therefore not only skin care, but a real benefit for the whole body.
