Description

#careforyourself

A medium-hard brush with a special length of bristles and symmetrical tufts. It fits perfectly in the hand and is lightweight. The handgrip has been shaped for a woman’s hand. Its small size is practical for everyday use and on the go. The brush is intended for dry use. Packed in a cloth bag.

The unique engraving symbolises a woman’s unity with nature. It reminds you of caring for yourself on a daily basis in a natural way, in accordance with your own nature and needs. A woman is the symbol of Mother Nature that takes care of others, but also knows how to take care of herself.

For whom?

For people of all ages, with varying degrees of pain sensitivity, even those very sensitive. The medium-hard bristles can be used over the entire body – also on the neckline or wounds after a Caesarean section. It is perfect from the beginning and in the case of problems with spider veins.

Over time, our metabolism slows down. There is swelling, stagnation of water or heaviness of the limbs. This is the result of the failure of the lymphatic system. Brushing helps minimise these problems. A hard brush also copes well with cellulite, ingrown hairs or rough forearms, buttocks or elbows. At first, the massage may seem painful, and it is perfectly normal. The skin must get used to it. The tradition of dry brushing is derived from Ayurvedic medicine. The aim of the massage, in addition to removing dead epidermis, is to get rid of toxin deposits. The massage also helps reduce tension. When performed in the morning – it stimulates, and in the evening – it relaxes.

How to massage your body?

  • from bottom to top with sliding, long movements. The movements must always go towards the heart, that is according to the lymph flow,
  • the legs and arms must be brushed as if we swept the floor :) The belly and joints (i.e. shoulders, knees, hips, wrists and ankles) should be brushed in circles,
  • pressure depends on skin thickness – in the neckline or in the armpits, we do it more gently that on the soles,
  • do not use balms or oils for massage.

How often should we brush our skin?

Preferably before every bath or at least 3 times a week. The skin smoothening effect is visible after 3–4 brushing treatments.

How does a brush massage help?

  • reduces tension – particularly when brushing your neck or shoulders
  • reduces swelling
  • helps in joint pain
  • makes the skin firm and more elastic
  • when brushing our bust we get rid of lymphatic deposits caused by wearing a bra
  • perfect for fresh, reddish stretch marks
  • improves the blood supply and stimulates the immune system.

Dry Brush. The handgrip must not be soaked.

Made in Poland.

The handgrip is made of beech wood.

Fibre – bristles.

Handgrip made of solid wood – soaking the wood can cause it to crack. This has no effect on the brush properties, but can be unaesthetic. If necessary, the brush can be disinfected using an antiseptic spray. For dry use, choose a brush in the dedicated handgrip.
