Exfoliating and massage glove - linen, rose gold

Body brushing is excellent for improving lymph flow and skin elasticity. However, it does not replace exfoliation, which is what this glove is great for. Made of linen, it is ideal for complementing body brushing or as a substitute for it in the case of sensitive skin or, for example, spider veins. It works great for anti-cellulite massage.

A similar type of glove is used in Ayurvedic treatments (garshana) and hammam rituals. You can successfully use it at home to create your own spa. You can use it dry or wet.

What are the benefits of glove massage?

How to use?

The glove can be used for dry skin massage and in the shower or bath. Combined with gel or soap, it replaces mechanical exfoliation. Use sliding, straight (lymphatic drainage) or circular (exfoliation) movements, moving towards the heart. In other words, in the direction of blood flow. Massage the abdomen with straight movements from bottom to top and around the navel, clockwise. Massage the feet, knees, elbows, and shoulder bones with circular movements. Adjust the pressure according to your preferences.

How often?

Wet, in the form of exfoliation using other cosmetics - a maximum of twice a week. This is why the glove is an excellent complement to regular brushing, which in itself does not exfoliate the skin like a scrub. Never press the brushes hard against the skin. The glove has a different structure.

Dry – this method is recommended in Ayurveda. In the morning, before your first coffee, you can dry brush your entire body with gentle movements.

Hygiene:

Wash gently by hand. After each wet use, hang in a dry place. The glove is a personal hygiene item and should only be used by one person and replaced when worn out.
