How to make a dry massage?
- from the bottom up with sliding long movements. The movements must always go towards the heart, i.e. according to lymph flow
- brush your legs and hands as if you were sweeping the floor :) Belly and joints (i.e. arms, knees, hips, wrists and ankles) with circular movements.
- the pressure depends on the thickness of the skin - we do it more gently with the neckline or under the arms than heel.
- no balms or oils are used for the massage.
How often do you brush your skin?
- preferably before each bath/shower or at least 3 times a week
- the skin smoothing effect is visible after 3-4 brushes.
What does massage with a brush help for?
- releases tension - especially when brushing the neck and shoulders
- reduces swelling
- helps with joint pain
- firms and tones the skin
- works great with fresh, red stretch marks
- improves blood circulation and stimulates the immune system.
